Sangai ("we", "us") operates a dating application designed to help people discover, match with and communicate with other users. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Sangai's matching system runs several models — including compatibility scoring, ranking, and fraud detection — over your profile and activity to suggest matches and protect the community from fake accounts. This processing happens on our servers and is never sold to third parties.
Messages, chat presence, and in-app game state are synced in real time between you and your matches so conversations and games feel instant. Message content is retained to provide the service and is not shared outside a conversation without consent.
We share information only with: other users, as part of your profile and matches; service providers who help us run the app (hosting, analytics, push notifications, payments); and authorities where required by law.
You can edit or delete your profile, control location sharing, opt out of notifications, and request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period after deletion to prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
Sangai is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy as Sangai evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect.
